Do you want to discover how we prepare it?
With Diego Angulo olive oil, we will have the ideal base for its preparation.
We will also need some tasty chillies, a clove of garlic, 2-3 laurel leaves and a glass jar with an airtight seal.
First of all, you should clean the chillies well, peel the garlic and cut it into slices.
Pour the Diego Angulo oil into a frying pan and put it over low heat. Keep in mind that the oil cannot reach a higher temperature than 40ºC, so we recommend using a kitchen thermometer.
Once the oil is warm, put it into the glass jar and add the chillies, garlic and the laurel leaves. When it is completely cold, you can close it.
Make sure to store it in a dry, cool place protected from sunlight. After a few weeks you will be able to use it.
In addition to its well-known use in pasta and pizza, at Diego Angulo we recommend you to enjoy it with seafood dishes, such as clams or steamed mussels. Surely it will not disappoint you!
